My association with Maroochydore Chamber of Commerce, Vice President of Sunshine Coast Business Women’s network and Vice President Fundraising committee for Maroochy Surf club also exposed me to other areas of the community in need. “During my time on the Sunshine Coast, I have been actively involved in a number of local charities and events. These include “Give Me Five for Kids”, “The River Fest”, “Seniors Events”, as well as taking part in school fetes, involvement with the Sunshine Coast University Guild, shopping centre events and other charity and community activities.” Many on the Coast will attest that any worthwhile cause sees Lianne, her team and the St.George Bank Company Icon “Happy Dragon” appearing live – whether it’s during the week or on the weekend.
